Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the crash pad lower panel.

Remove the steering column upper and lower shrouds.
(Refer to Body - "Steering Column Shroud Panel")

Remove the wiper switch.
(Refer to "Multifunction switch")

Remove the ignition switch after loosening disconnecting the
ignition switch 6P connector (A).

Remove the ignition switch assembly (A) after loosening the
mounting bolts.

If it is necessary to remove the key lock cylinder (A), it
is in the order as below.

Disconnect the ignition switch connector (B) and key warning
switch connector (A) from under the steering column.
