[Hood upper latch assembly]
1.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the hood upper latch assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
6.9 ~ 10.8N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 8.0 lb-ft)

Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Make sure the hood latch release cable is connected properly.
•
Make sure the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
•
Adjust the latch alignment.
[Hood lower latch assembly]
1.
Remove the hood lower latch assembly (A) mounting bolts and then remove the latch mounting clip (B).
Tightening torque :
6.9 ~ 10.8N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 8.0 lb-ft)

2.
Disconnect the hood latch cable (A) and remove the hood lower latch assembly (B).
3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Make sure the hood latch release cable is connected properly.
•
Make sure the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
•
Adjust the latch alignment.
