Kia Soul 2014-2019 PS Service Manual / Automatic Transaxle System / Automatic Transaxle Control System / Shift Lever. Removal

1.
Remove the shift lever knob & boots assembly (A) by Pulling in the upside.
2.
Remove the floor console assembly.
(Refer to Body - "Floor Console")
3.
Remove the rear heating joint duct (A).
4.
Disconnect the shift lever main connector.
5.
Remove the wiring (A) from the shift lever assembly.
6.
Remove the shift cable (A) from the shift lever assembly.
7.
Remove the shift lever aseembly (A) by removing the bolts.
Tightening torque :
8.8 ~ 13.7 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 ~ 10.1 lb-ft)
